These are a Five-Class, Five-Week series in-person or virtually.
Thursdays
Mar 28th - Apr 25th, 2024
Registration is currently OPEN. This class will be held weekly on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm - 9:15pm. It will be a completely Virtual course held via Zoon. All materials for the class will be provided as part of the cost. We ask that you please bring a birthing ball and your own pillow for class. Partner's are highly encouraged to attend.
Saturdays
May 18th - June

Registration is currently OPEN. This class will be held weekly on Thursday evenings from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Location will be at the Epicenter-Indy in Indianapolis. All materials for the class will be provided as part of the cost. We ask that you please bring a birthing ball and your own pillow for class. Partner's are highly encouraged to attend.
