These are a Five-Class, Five-Week series in-person or virtually.
Tuesday's
May 23rd - Jun 27th, 2023
Registration is currently OPEN. This class will be held weekly on Tuesday evening from 6:15pm - 9:00pm. Location will be at the Epicenter-Indy in Indianapolis. All materials for the class will be provided as part of the cost. We ask that you please bring a birthing ball and your own pillow for class. Partner's are highly encouraged to attend.
Saturday's
Apr 29th - May 27th, 2023
Registration is currently OPEN. This class will be held weekly on Saturday evening from 6:00pm - 8:30pm. Location will be at the Epicenter-Indy in Indianapolis.
