Comprehensive Doula Support
At Heart & Womb SLC, I provide compassionate guidance tailored to your unique vision of birth. From prenatal preparation to postpartum care, my goal is to create a safe, supported space where you feel empowered and connected.
Four Prenatal Visits (90 minutes each)

24/7 availability via phone, text, or email for questions, concerns, and reassurance—from signing the contract through 12 weeks postpartum.
Full Labor Support

On-call doula availability starting two weeks before your estimated due date (EDD).

Professional, continuous support during labor and delivery—no time limits or hidden fees.
Three Postpartum Visits (Up to 90 minutes each)

24-48 Hour Check-In: Immediate postpartum support, including breastfeeding guidance.

2-4 Week Check-In: Process your birth experience and address early postpartum challenges.

8-Week Check-In: Reflect, celebrate, and navigate the transition into parenthood.
Birth Photography Add-On – $400
Capture the beauty and emotion of your birthing journey with professional photography. Add this service to your doula package and receive a minimum of 50 stunning images.
